Do not think about all the time you have wasted. Think about all the time you have and what would you want to do with it.
The only destination any living creature has is its death. So, never think that its over. We have a lot of time, and we can do many things to amaze ourselves. 
When you feel lifeless, down and stuck with something. Just put some loud music, a song in which the vocalist growls his lungs out. Start doing some fucking thing. And you will be on track.
My random thoughts.
Did you know the people that are the strongest are usually the most sensitive? Did you know the people who exhibit the most kindness are the first to get …mistreated? Did you know the ones who take care of others all the time are usually the ones who need it the most?

How to beat stress ?

Stress is caused by many factors. Work, personal issues, deadlines etc. Over exposure to stress is both bad for your physical and mental health in the long run. Prolonged stress leads to clinical depression. So, we need to beat it.  This is what I do when I am in stress ?

1. Just leave everything, Go home and think, “what if I FAIL ?”. If I fail, I will start over again. Accepting failures without any ego is a key.

2. Talk to my well wishers on Phone. Don’t talk about work or anything that caused stress. Just talk about random stuff that happen in our day to day lives.

3. Get motivated again. This is the key to come out of stress. I generally go out and run for two to three miles. I suck in all the happiness present in the ambiance while I run. Never think about your stress. 

4. Start over afresh.

Life should be simple. Never complicate it with ambitious and long to-do lists. Set small goals, achieve them first. Take many small steps instead of a giant leap because success is a long journey, you don’t want to get injured and give up.

What creates loneliness?

Loneliness is created by your own thoughts. Its based on false beliefs. When you are distracted and entertained (such as playing, watching TV, working out) you almost certainly are not being lonely. Is everyone who is alone feeling lonely ? Of course not. Does lack of being loved create loneliness ? No. Your parents love you, friends love you, but you still feel lonely. If being loved got rid of loneliness, then you wouldn’t feel lonely.

What creates the loneliness is the belief that being in a relationship is how to be happy. As soon as you create this feeling, you start searching for someone special to be with, to love, and that creates loneliness.. So if you want to stop being lonely you should start questioning the belief. Can a relationship fulfil you, make you feel whole and happy ?

What makes you unhappy ? thoughts, judgements, anxieties, resentment, guilty creates unhappiness. Can a relationship eliminate all these thoughts ? No it cant. It just doesn’t have the ability. If it did, everyone in a relationship should be happy. But that’s not the case. Happiness is what remains when we lose the thoughts that make us unhappy. So stop believing in  fantasies.

So being alone, being single doesn’t create loneliness. your life is not insufficient if you are single. You are not missing anything. Do not believe that being in a relationship will make you happy. Do not believe that being in a relationship will complete your life. Being single, being by yourself and being alone does not create unhappiness. Its your own thoughts that create loneliness.
